GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions of sale refer to the sale of our product online through this website owned by LINEA ZERO S.A.S. di Zavater Alessandro & C. with headquarters in Via Torino 24, 37024 Negrar (VR), Italy, VAT number IT04155350236.

Our goal is to satisfy the needs of our customers with professionalism, courtesy and rapidity.

For this reason we work with manufacturers and people that are leaders in the industry, so that we can create a structure that can guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We invite you to carefully read these conditions of sale before confirming your purchase. The order confirmation you receive will implicate the total acceptance of these conditions.

It is absolutely prohibited for the Customer to insert false information, invented or otherwise, during the registration procedure necessary to complete and confirm the purchase.

It is furthermore prohibited to create double accounts that correspond to the same person or company or creating an account on behalf of others. Linea Zero s.a.s. reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse, to protect all consumers.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case where the purchase contract is stipulated outside the place of business, the sale is considered to fall under the Italian D.L.VO N.21 dated 21/02/2014 ART.52 which gives the buyer the possibility to exercise his or her right to withdraw from the purchase contract. This right of withdrawal is only applicable to qualified "consumers" (i.e., a private person). The right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies or resellers.

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date they receive the goods, by sending back the purchased goods UNOPENED AND AT THEIR EXPENSE, complete with the original documentation and receipts. The shipping expenses are NOT REIMBURSABLE.

To exercise this right, the consumer must first contact Linea Zero s.a.s. by email at sales@lineazeroshop.com indicating the intention of returning the goods and the relative order number or document number that was included with the goods. The reimbursement will be agreed upon. Once we receive the notification, we will proceed by organizing the pick-up and give the customer the destination address to where the goods should be sent. Once Linea Zero s.a.s. receives the goods and verifies their integrity, the reimbursement will be granted and sent through wire transfer.

For all other details regarding the right of withdrawal, you can refer to the Italian Legislative Decree N.21 dated 21/02/2014 ART.52

HOW TO BUY ONLINE

All orders placed through the internet are recognized as normal sales contracts stipulated between buyer and seller.
All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
All product photographs in our shop are purely indicative; the product could present slight variations in its appearance.
All product promotions with extra discounts are calculated on the net prices and shown in the shopping cart.

The shipping costs are not included and are calculated based on the weight of the goods that are purchased and will be indicated during the buying process before you confirm your order.

C.O.D.

If C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) is offered in your country, a supplemental cost will be applied according to the courier.

The order is to be considered validated only when Linea Zero s.a.s. confirms that the goods have been shipped. Payment of the order does not automatically confirm our acceptance of the order, which can be refused and reimbursed in full, minus eventual bank fees.

The goods ordered shall not be refused, otherwise all shipping costs to and from the customer will be charged. If the customer doesn't pay these shipping costs within 15 days, Linea Zero s.a.s. reserves the right to proceed with legal action.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, according to regulations indicated in the Italian legislative decree 206/2005 ART.128 and successive additions in the "Consumer Code" (Codice di Consumo) that defines the legal warranty. This warranty is limited to the goods sold and excludes any other service rendered.

The warranty applies to the product that has eventual defects of conformity and/or malfunctions, as long as the product has been used correctly and with the proper diligence, i.e., in respect to its usage destination and as indicated in it's technical documentation, in observance of the various regulations.

The minimum warranty on products that we sell is 12 months from the date of purchase. Generally this service is directly supplied by the manufacturers. Linea Zero s.a.s. can eventually assist you during the warranty process. Contact us by email at sales@lineazeroshop.com. In any case, the regulations and process are indicated by the manufacturer. The customer that decides to purchase goods on our website accepts the purchase in its integrity, along with the manufacturer's warranty conditions that may sometimes be independent from Linea Zero s.a.s.'s intention.

The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence, improper care during usage, maintenance or installation that is not according to regulations. The manufacturer's decision regarding the application of the warranty is incontestable.

RETURNS

All goods returned will be accepted in the following cases:

1. An error on our behalf in shipping or deliver of the goods;
2. Specific agreements with the customer.

In the following cases the goods will have to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's cost. The goods will travel at the customer's risk. Eventual claims can be accepted only if notified by letter, fax or email within 14 days of receipt of the goods, after which all claiming rights will no longer be valid.

To conclude the return process, the following conditions must be respected:

- In the shipping documents, the original invoice number must be indicated, as well as the customer number and a clear motivation for the return.
- The products should not be damaged.
- The packaging and lables are to be integral or in the same conditions as received.
- After a month from the date of receipt, the goods can no longer be returned.
